To hide the chat widget /live chat from one or a more pages on your website, you need to create a webrule. Below are the steps to create a webrule
 
  • Please select Live Chat Module
  • Click on Webrules
  • Click on Create New
  • Enter the name of the webrule under the name field
  • Click on +Add and add the URL of the page on which you want to hide the chat widget
  • From the Actions drop down select the option "Hide Live Chat"
  • Click on the Save button
 
Note: If you want to hide the chat widget from more than one page then you need to add all those page URL's under "OR Group"
