Call Broadcast (Auto Diialer) : The auto-dialing feature lets you dial numbers automatically by queuing them. EngageBay call broadcast allows two options 1. Automatic 2. Manual.
1. Automatic --> The automatic option will call all the selected contacts automatically one after the other based on the buffer time you have added.
2. Manual --> This option will call all the selected contacts where in it gives you an option to move to the next contact manually.
To make a call broadcast:
1. Please open the list of contacts
2. Select all the contacts that you want to make calls
3. Click on Bulk Action and select "Call Broadcast"
4. Select either Auto or Manual
5. If you are selecting Auto, it will show you the option of buffer time. Please enter the bufffer time and click on the Start button.
